Tiffany McWhirter began riding as an 18 month old baby and got her first pony as an 8-year- old, and began competing at the age of 12. She has worked alongside and trained under several highly-esteemed instructors including Olympians and World Championship trainers and has been teaching lessons for over 20 years. Ms. Tiffany holds a Level II Instructor certification through the Certified Horsemanship Association (CHA). Though specializing in Dressage, she has conducted several clinics and directed summer camps involving riders of all disciplines and has been teaching young kids the basics of riding her entire teaching career. In addition to Dressage, she has ridden, shown, and taught both western and hunt seat, and enjoys teaching on all breeds of horses. In her younger years, she was a highly successful competitor, showing in a variety of associations and disciplines, holding State titles, Championship titles and High Point Awards through AQHA, ApHC, APHA, and USCTA (now USEA), as well as local associations. Today, Ms. Tiffany and her lesson program “Peachy Keen Equestrian” call Lambert Stables home and her students are showing and WINNING on the local hunter circuit and have their sights set on the USEF rated shows later in 2018. Ms. Tiffany strives to understand the inner-workings of her student’s personality and motivation making her a better teacher of kids and horses alike. Ms. Tiffany enjoys all aspects of teaching, from beginning level to advanced, as well as finishing competition mounts. She will be specializing in beginner and intermediate level lessons in Dressage and Huntseat, as well as Natural Horsemanship for new horse owners.
