If your scheduled lesson is cancelled/missed for any reason, Students will have a two-week window to retake that lesson. Make up days are on Friday.  Either on Fridays, or any other window I may have open during the week.  If the lesson is not made up within a two-week window, money will be forfeited. If lesson is missed during the week and a make-up lesson is needed, It will be the students/parent’s responsibility to schedule with instructor your make up time for that Friday.

  • If for some reason lessons need to be cancelled unexpectedly please give your instructor a 12-hour notice before your lesson time.
  • No-call no-show will forfeit your money
  • Cancelling within the 12-hour window will forfeit your money.
  • In the incident of rain or wet riding conditions, please contact your instructor. If a lesson needs to be cancelled due to rain or wet riding conditions, the instructor will make that call. Students are not allowed to cancel their own lesson due to rain, wet riding conditions, or any other weather-related reasons. We can do horsemanship lessons during those times. There is a lot more to learn outside of riding.

Arriving Late to lessons:

Lessons are booked in one hour increments. If you arrive late we will continue your lesson but it will end when your lesson was originally scheduled to end.

For example: if your lesson is scheduled for 5pm-6pm and you arrive at 5:10pm, we will still end the lesson at 6pm.

We will provide the students with a helmet for the first 4 weeks but after that period the student will need to get his/her own helmet.

Preparing for your lesson:

  • Must have jeans or long pants on. NO SHORTS.
  • Wear riding boots with smooth bottom and a small heal

Riding Lesson Attire for All Seasons

Here in Georgia we get HOT summers and COLD winters. With that being said we do not cancel lessons due to weather unless decided by the instructor. So during your riding lessons in each season we need to dress accordingly. For example, in the summer short sleeves or tank tops. And in the winter heavy jackets and gloves. But will always need to wear Jeans or long pants, NO SHORTS, riding Boots (with smooth bottom and a small heel).

We will provide the students with a helmet for the first 4 weeks but after that period the student will need to get his/her own helmet.
